We train the AI to recognize your document layout, fields, and data types. Training takes 3-4 days, after which the form is ready for instant digitization.

Step 2 – Submit Documents

Users send documents by email or upload them directly. Our Doc Digitizer AI Agent automatically detects the attached file and adds it to the “To Process” queue.

Step 3 – AI Digitizes the Document

With one click, the system extracts all fields using advanced OCR powered by DocKnow. Every handwritten or typed field is translated into structured inputs.

Step 4 – Verify & Validate

Admins can review and edit extracted data before final submission.

The system includes:

  • Data-type validation
  • Optional confirmation steps

Step 5 – Submit to Permanent Storage
