Job Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving qualified leads into our sales funnel. You will be responsible for strategizing, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns—primarily on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads—as well as building and nurturing targeted email marketing lists for outbound efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Manage audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign budgets.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and grow segmented email marketing lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure lead quality, define MQL criteria, and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Maintain and improve lead-nurturing workflows through email automation and segmentation.
- Monitor key campaign KPIs (CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to maximize conversions.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and platform updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience running lead generation campaigns, especially in B2B.
- Proven experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
- Strong knowledge of PPC campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Experience with email list building using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, or similar.
- Familiarity with a marketing automation platform (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
- Experience with retargeting, funnel optimization, or cold email outreach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Overview
We’re looking for an energetic and organized Event Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) to lead the planning and execution of CloudWave’s presence at industry conferences and events across the U.S. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on logistics, brand promotion, and face-to-face engagement, and who understands how to drive leads and awareness through in-person experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate CloudWave’s participation in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events across the U.S.
- Own event logistics end-to-end, including registration, booth setup, signage, shipping, collateral, giveaways, and scheduling.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for all event-related activities and ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on event strategy, goals, and lead generation plans.
- Manage post-event follow-ups, lead reporting, and event performance summaries.
- Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain relationships with conference organizers.
- Maintain a calendar of events and ensure timely planning and execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or conference coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. for events (typically 1–2 per month).
- Experience managing vendor relationships, shipments, and booth logistics.

Summary of position
This position will be responsible for all code-based solutions within Salesforce or involving data migrations, systems integrations and 3rd party applications. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with the Business Analyst to develop solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions. - Seek out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
- Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code

CloudWave is seeking a motivated and self-starting Senior Salesforce Developer as part of our Salesforce practice. The successful candidate will need to have hands-on expert design/implementation/configuration/development experience in Salesforce.
The Senior Salesforce Developer will be involved in the full development life-cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment and engage and facilitate discussions with other Salesforce experts. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be expected to work with internal and external project teams to gather requirements, configure and extend the Salesforce application based on business needs with robust systems and testing documentation, within an agile environment. Job Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on technical Salesforce development and implementations, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform
- Work with business users to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
- Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices, and perform peer code reviews. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middle-ware tools) and complex data migrations
- Provide development support, from design through testing and deployment, often working with other members of the team
- Implement, deploy and document projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset

Required Education & Experience
